Changing from R-Y-G scorecard to Numeric?

Hi All -

In preparation for an internal Executive meeting, we are looking at changing our scorecards from our current Red-Yellow-Green to numeric.

Has anyone undergone this at their company, and if so, what are the ramifications? Are there any gotchas you can speak to?

Thanks for your time.
