Chatter feed not visible in Customer Success 360

I have a new user in Gainsight (with full access) but for some reason she is not able to see the Chatter feed. I suspect it might be linked to her profile and / or permission set, but I can't seem to find the problem. Does anyone know what setting should I have to make the chatter feed visible?
