Company Name in Google Chrome tabs in Gainsight NXT

Users are complaining that the tabs using Google Chrome used to have the Company Name so they could easily see the Company Name when they have many tabs open but, now it just shows Company 360. Is there a place in Chrome or Gainsight to control what is shown there?

Hey @RGrieco - Great news! I received confirmation from the team that this was indeed a bug and this issue has been resolved. It may take 1-2 seconds for the page to load and show the customers name but it will indeed display as it did previously.

Hey @RGrieco. Unfortunately this isn’t a setting in Google Chrome but something that our product would need to address. I’ve reached out internally to understand if it is a bug or planned change. Will keep you posted.
