Is it possible to assign CTAs to multiple customers? This is needed to help track and follow up on team assignments or company-wide initiatives.

Using the Gainsight rules engine you can define criteria that would trigger a CTA to be created. The criteria can be as broad or specific as you need it to be. While an individual CTA can only exist on an individual customer record, you could, for example, define a CTA that would be assigned to all customers (as part of a company-wide initiative).
