Im new to the Gainsight Admin role and one of my end users is asking this question: when I check Customer 360 and Customer Health, Under Measure Groups, Adoption scorecard show N/A even though there appears to be usage data. please see the screen shot

 

@jackgvzc really depends on how those measures are being calculated.  In most cases, there’s going to be a rule that runs to populate those, so I’d probably start there to see if that account is being missed somehow.
