Hello, a customer is being sent an email containing a survey link but they stated they can not click the link. When I tested the link myself I was able to click on the link and the survey popped up. I am not sure what the problem is.

I wonder if the customer’s email client has some guard or lockdown on to reduce risk against mischievous links.
That you can click the link and the survey loads is a good sign. I would troubleshoot further by having the customer go directly to the link via URL entry into a browser. If it loads, that likely isolates the issue to the received email, and some disablement of the customer’s ability to utilize a link within the email.
