Deleting Reason Codes in CTAs
We are unable to delete Reason Codes with CTAs and have deleted related Playbooks. Is there anything else that would limit us from deleting the outdated Reason Codes?
Since CTAs already using reason codes, you will not be able delete the reason code. Either reassign all the CTAs having the existing the reason code to a new reason code via mass edit tool and then you will be able to delete the reason code.
What if the reason codes are not tied to CTAs in use?
You can delete it successfully.
