What is the best way for me to demo a success plan to my team?  Are there any materials to help me with this?

@MelissaC we created a test company in our instance to do all of the demo’s and test data. It’s setup like any other company but we can use it as a sandbox of sorts to create CTA’s, SPs, timeline entries etc without impacting actual csm work.


You might consider leveraging Gainsight University, which has several free courses tailored for Gainsight End Users. When I deployed Gainsight recently, I mandated (with leadership support) that all my users take a list of Gainsight University courses I defined. That way, I wasn’t doing excessive end-user training, and could instead focus on how our Gainsight instance was set up to use the features covered.
