Hey There!

I am trying to edit a contact name in GS C360, but it keeps populating to the old name.

Basically a CSM entered the last name as the first name and the first name as the last name.  I’m trying to flip it and it won’t let me.  I double checked in SFDC to make sure everything looked correct and it did.

@MelissaC My guess would be that the connector or rule from SFDC to Gainsight is mapped incorrectly. So even though the contact is correct in SFDC, it is being written into Gainsight incorrectly. Fortunately, Gainsight doesn’t auto concatenate first and last name to make “Name”
