We have a dashboard with 4 reports that is emailed to a group every Monday morning. This morning, the slides all came through with the statement "Data Unavailable", however, when we log onto Gainsight to view that Dashboard, all the data is there and is correct. Any idea why this is happening?





Update: we're now seeing dashboard exports with data that doesn't match what is actually on the dashboard. Are there lags here that we should be aware of?
