I opened ticket 267104 for the issue for end users seeing the Horizon Email interface when trying to send /edit emails from Gainsight Assist in Cockpit.  The first reports I have of this were 8/4/23, several days after the most recent release.  And I reviewed the release notes and did not see anything about this change.

 

Is this just our org?  Has anyone else created a ticket and reported this to support?

Ouch! Didn’t realize it also applied to end users. Thankfully they don’t use EA a lot yet! Will need to include some enablement on that as well. 


I’ve noticed the changes as well in our org--for both admins and end users. I can see the Release Notes mention that this feature being made live on August 4th: https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/Release_Notes/01_Current_Release_Notes_-_2023/Gainsight_NXT_Release_Notes_6.37_July_2023#Enhanced_Email_Template_Builder. I also don’t remember seeing this mentioned beforehand, it’s possible this was added to documentation after the fact, or that we didn’t realize the full impact beforehand. We’ve received reports of multiple issues that impact end users with this feature specifically, and have opened a ticket with support to investigate further.
