Hello,
External Actions created can be used in Rules Engine as Actions. However, when an External API fails the rule shows ‘Success’ Status. Are there any plans to fail the rule when the API fails as well?

+3An External API failure email would be extremely helpful for our organization too. We are continually expanding the use of External Actions and essentially relying on end users to identify when records are not being added or updated correctly.
