Gainsight Assist Plug-In tokens not populating

I am setting up the templates for our Gainsight Assist Plug-in and I am testing a few of our templates.

The tokens are all defaulting to the fallback and not populating like they do in this article. Is there something in the set up that i am missing or a step i need to look for for this?

Sorry for intruding, but the tokens seem to have the Default Mapping missing.
I tested one on my end and it’s working without a problem, I hope the screenshots help you troubleshoot @amasica1217

Hi @amasica1217

I have had a similar issue in the past, which appears to have been an intermittent issue since my template resolved itself, however it was isolated to one template.

Can you please share a screenshot of your template (what it looks like on the composing screen) and a screenshot of how one of the failing tokens is configured so we may help you out?

Thanks!

A.

The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.

@alizee here is the email in composition, the editing of the tokens, and putting a name in in the email and seeing only the fallbacks in Gmail!
