SUMMARY 















Gainsight will be deploying a Hotfix on April 21, 2016 as


follows: 















 Thursday, April 21, 2016  from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM CST















During this schedule,  some of the backend components will


be in hold state. This will impact Rules, Data Processor and Aggregations. Once


the deployment window has closed, all queues will be resumed. Any components


that were scheduled to run during maintenance will run once the window has


closed. 













Does this impact environments that have turned off auto-update?





Also - for what is this hotfix being deployed?  Can you provide details of what is being fixed?
Hi Jeff,





This Hotfix doesn't effect any front end components.





It is related to following minor bug fixes in the functionality of Gainsight backend infrastructure.





a) Relationship scorecard values are not updated as per rule even though the rule is successful.


b) Segment Data aggregation count mismatch.
