We implemented the Gainsight widget in the SFDC account object and are wondering if and how the tabs displayed in the widget can be modified? A number of the tabs displayed by default in the widget like Open Opportunities, Contacts or Cases are redundant or irrelevant because it is Salesforce info synced to Gainsight. To improve the CX we want to remove those redundant tabs.
Just a follow up: we tried to tailor the widget to our needs by creating a new VF page. But using the NXT component in your apex code only allows you to show one page or all pages. So we created a feature request to make the widget fully configurable. You can upvote our request if you wish by clicking here - it will give you our eternal gratitude

For those having the same issue there is a workaround: we have created a different C360 for our viewer license holders. That lay out only visualizes the pages with added value for the account managers (Usage, Healthscore, Relationships...), . But the downside of this workaround is that it also affects the lay out of those working in the Gainsight app.
