I’ve recently experienced the same for:
- Email preview is showing different than the actual email test being sent.
In my case, I had a “button” element that was sandwiched in-between two text elements. In the Preview, the button element was at the bottom of those two text elements. In my editor, the button was in-between the two as it should be.
To fix it, I needed to play around with the elements and save it multiple times until I saw the two match.

I’ve just encountered an issue where attaching a report adds a .csv file extension to the naming, within the template. When you configure the report in the JO Program, it then adds .xlsx so the file is now FileName.csv.xslx
I cannot even deliver a test send. There’s no way to remove the .csv, The old builder’s functionality of selecting attachment and then file or report worked much better than dragging and dropping a report button into an eligible location in the template and then selecting whether it’s embedded or attached.
I reverted to old builder so I could get this functioning as expected in the program.

I have been using the new Email Template Builder for awhile now but have recently been having issues with blocks not dropping where I need them. When I try to pull over the Block element, it is dropping at the top of my email.
Does anyone have any ideas on why this might be happening? My poor team is redoing templates 3 or 4 times before they get it the way they want.

Hello, I am experiencing a similar but different issue. After sending an email program through Journey Orchestrator and attaching the emails to the respective client’s timelines, I am seeing a different client contact email address on the email preview in my client’s timelines. Does anyone know if this functionality is working as expected for an email preview or should I submit a support ticket?
Is anyone else having issues with the new email template builder whereby if the block is a colored background, any indenting (even if it’s because of bullets or if you center any of the text) makes the color disappear?
