+11The big benefit of the Gong-Gainsight integration is the ability to pull Gong recordings, attendee records, and tracking tags, into the Gainsight Timeline automatically. This was a big hit with my CSMs and Enablement teams when I first deployed it. It sped up their note-taking and created a more thorough picture of customer communications.
