I cannot seem to figure out why our “Habits Report – Claims Created” Scorecard Widget is no longer showing any colors besides red, green, and blue after May of 2022. Before June, we can see the different score colors but for some reason in June, it looks like the Green, Yellow and Orange have all been lumped into the reds. The Widget is configured the same as the Orders, Appointments and Exams Habit Widget and they are showing correctly so I feel like there is something that got messed up in the configuration of the claims measure. Can anyone help?

Can you check in your scorecard settings if “enable snapshot” is checked? 

 

 

If this is checked and still historic scorecard data isn’t being captured, you can uncheck and save and then check the box and save again. That should do the trick.

@saltamash It is checked. I tried unchecking it, then checking again but no luck.

For the Claims Created Measure, are you loading that score to the Measure via a “Set Score” Bionic Rule? If so, I would also look closely at the Rule which populates the Claims Created Measure. There may be a misconfiguration inside the rule, or a change to the underlying dataset, which causes the rule to set more Reds than expected.
