It’s  always possible that the usage doesn’t stay stable, but what is more important for a CSM is to observe how the trend is going and take any action if there is any continuous drop in the usage.

Here I am trying to automate the process of handling usage drop using Journey Orchestrator.

When the usage drops for the first time the email is sent notifying the same, and if the usage drops continues for the second time also, an CTA is created and assigned to the CSM to take action on it. Here is the document, where I explained it step by step Handling Usage drop.
