We have our executive view where we have some general scorecards that roll-up into another scorecard. Is there a way to hide the scorecards that specifically have the measurements?

Is this in a Dashboard? Dashboards do allow you to have specific permissions set by user. Otherwise, if you could clarify which view you are referring to, we will see what we can assist with.
