How do you schedule reports on a SF object?

Gainsight Support is telling me that there is no way to schedule a report that is built on a SFDC object. Is that true? Is so, does anyone have a workaround?

Thank you!

@mknowles  - Yes, unfortunately this is a limitation from salesforce itself and we have it documented in the support material too. The workaround is to import the data in Gainsight Objects so that they can be scheduled.

I apologize that the workaround is not straight forward.

@Azad Thank you for the confirmation. Yes, it’s frustrating. Hopefully this will not be an issue once we migrate to NXT!
