How have you used Gainsight to prepare for your Board Meeting?
We know many customers use Gainsight to prepare for important internal meetings. How have you used Gainsight reports, dashboards, etc.. for board meetings. We would love your feedback!
Yes we have used our screenshots of our dashboards along with our NPS results. Graphs are very helpful to tell the story.
Hello Scott, do you mean either success snapshot or ppt export from dashboard by sceenshots? Those are the two features you could use for your use case.
Not familiar with those features, not sure what a success snapshot even is. I take screenshots of the dashboards we've created to share with our Management to show improvements we are making for our Renewal reps and PS reps.
