I need assistance with understanding the full potential of the integration of Productboard in Gainsight. I would like to understand the journey of a product request on Gainsight. Does PB feed all the captured data/milestones back to Gainsight? Can we capture the milestones on Gainsight and these feedback to PB? Is the only activity capturing the request and that’s all?
