Hi Team,

 

Is it possible to set the "list view" by default (rather than Person map), in the Person section of a customer 360 ?

Hi @vijayasailesh yes, this has been considered for an upcoming revamp.

    Upvoting this. As we don’t utilise People Maps yet it is super frustrating for the CSMs always to click through to the List View. I get a lot of requests for this.

    Hi, is this still in consideration or has this been implemented yet? I just got asked this very same question from our leadership as it is confusing for our CSM’s.
