I would expect the bars to render using the decimal precision specified. If it’s a ten in a table, it should be a bar that reaches up to the ten spot. That’s not what I’m seeing in report builder:
You can see it clearly on the sevens, but all repeated numbers do not share the same horizontal line.
If I change the decimal precision the chart makes sense:

I’ve tested this with a couple of different report styles, Area and Vertical Bar both render the same.
