Hi,
I am working on Gainsight Journey Orchestrator emails and we use a button in the email templates that directs to a link. These links are customized for different users and we noticed that for some of the users after an email is sent from Journey Orchestrator, it attached a “+” sign at the end causing the link to break. This does not happen for all the links, just some of them.
Could anyone explain what is the reason for this?
