I have built a JO to send emails to NPS Detractors. The ask from Marketing is to send a specific email template to responses with NPS comments and a different email to ones without NPS comments. I know that I can’t filter on the NPS Comments text field but wondering if there is another way to do this.

You can use Multi version email template and send them via JO based on your logic.
