Question

Logging Emails to Timeline in Success Plans

My CSMs are wondering if there is a way to capture timeline entries from GS Assist, so that it automatically logs into the success plan timeline?  Right now they are having to copy & paste, so I’m hoping there is an easier way:)

    Sadly no, there is no way to do this. Not even with API.
