Hello! I’ve found that, in order to do this, you’ll want to make any formatting change to the text prior to adding the token element to it.

If you make the text bold first, it will remain that way once you add the token to it.

Sharing this idea I submitted a few months ago -- the new email template builder has a “token formatting” section, but “font weight” is conspicuously absent. 

It’s a cumbersome process if you decide (or your stakeholders decide after reviewing a template that’s already been mapped in the program) to delete the token, re-add it, and re-map it.

Also, in case you aren’t already in the GGA Slack community, I highly recommend it -- great place to ask questions and get inspiration!

@dayn.johnson I agree that it would be great to be able to change the font weight when reviewing a template that’s already been created - that was my use case here. I’ve upvoted on your post
