Hi Team,

We have noticed that account scorecard history is bringing “Active” company data from the “company” object.

Let’s say if the “ABC account” was active in Previous month & got “churned” in the current month. We are not seeing the account histrory for that account in the “scorecard history” report. This is happening because company lookup only shows currently “active” customers.

Please let us know if can change changing the Account Scorecard History Object to not track the scores for Churned clients? (or) is there any alternative? I am not sure how this is done if its an admin setting, a rule, or something else.

When reporting on historical scorecard data with the account scorecard history object, it is not possible to include vital information about the company in a historical context. The most important of these is the status of being active or churned. As an example, if you would like to report on an average health score for all of your clients, you can’t use any company level filters such as churned or active as they are not tracked over time. This would be a very nice feature to have to get an accurate picture each month of the active client average scores.
