Multi lookup fields in HA reporting

Hi Team,

Its a request for handling multi lookup fields in HA reporting at Gainsight.

If we want to get Lead Owner's Manager details and we are getting error Manager field doesn't exists. It's not only Manager fields, we are not able to access all user fields from Owner lookup.

 

 

 

As discussed internally, here is the enhancement request for it.

@anirbandutta @Azad What is your take on this? I personally feel this is a bug and not a feature request.

Any update on this issue? I have to agree with johntrask_bt that this seems more like a bug. We have a dashboard that combines both GS and SF source data for managers and super critical for the global filters to allow managers to view the same dashboard for the all users and filtered users.
