We have multiple CSM managers who have CSMs reporting to them. What is the best way or how can I configure Gainsight so managers can filter on their group of CSMs on Dashboards and other areas. In most areas the CSM filter options are All Users, Current User and Other User.

We utilize the Manager field from the user object to filter by manager, however, we also have various custom fields added to our user object to further define relevant user attributes (e.g. team, pod, etc.). We then configure global filters to allow users to filter dashboard data as desired. 


+1 to what @Molly.McQ suggests with making sure the manager field is populated. We also have a custom “Team field” which provides another option to group by “group of managers”.
