How can we send a client an NPS Survey that opts out of bulk emails?  Can we send a one off?  I have already sent a survey out to Key Contacts, but how would we send them out individually if needed?

@MelissaC Generally NPS emails are operational which doesn't honor user unsubscribe preference.
If I am not wrong, if it is at individual level we need to send a separate survey for each one based on the business use case

Are CSMs able to send NPS surveys that come directly from them instead of being sent in a bulk email?


@MelissaC You can definitely customize in survey email template to send the email from the account’s CSM


@Harika Singadi If I cloned our NPS survey so a CSM can send out through email assist, will the survey responses be captured the same way as if it was sent out through JO?


@MelissaC They will be stored in the same flattened object yes and available from the analyze section of the survey. However, the source/distribution will differ which can allow you to report on one vs. the other type of distribution.
