Is there a way to receive an alert once an account goes Null?

I would like to be able to have an automated email that is triggered once an account is Null.

What is the best way to do that?

What do you mean by “null”? Does that mean it is missing data values for the record?


@john_apple Yes!  My boss wants an alert anytime an account is missing any values.  Is that possible?

I usually make a report with Accounts and the filter based on field A is null OR field B is null, etc. Then I have an exceptions dashboard to track those. You could have that report emailed to you daily.

If you wanted to trigger an email alert, you could create a Journey Orchestrator Program (Email Chain, User based) and query companies that have null values for certain fields (similar to the report). You would then have that program run daily to send an email to you directly for each Company that was missing data.
