Thank you for the update @MayurGhiya but for the Gainsight Assist email enhancement, is there still not a way to just NOT show the parent folder, even if there are subfolders within? We do have some email templates available for use via Gmail/Outlook, but the majority are ones that I use/draft as an admin in preparation for JO programs and not necessarily folders I need our team to see yet.

Hey @jeynreyn, thank you for the query. Looping-in the POCs @arunabhat @Abinash

@jeynreyn The current behavior is - If there are no templates inside sub-folders of a parent folder, then we don’t show the parent folder or the sub-folder. But if there is even one template inside a sub-folder, then we show the parent folder and the sub-folder that has the template because that’s the only way to navigate to the template within.

Can you elaborate on the use case for NOT showing parent folders? It sounds like you want to completely hide all the folders based on some condition. I need to understand more.

Hi @arunabhat Sure, the majority of the email templates we currently have are solely used by admins for JO purposes and not ‘yet’ made available to our team since they are already used in automated programs (or will be).

When a CSM is in their Gmail and uses the GS Assist plug in, they can currently view ALL of the folder names because the majority of folders have a template in them. These folders are intended for admin organization and not to entice CSMs (yet).

this GS Community post sums it up exactly. 🙂 Thanks!

Agreed with this use case! Voted for the linked idea also.
