It would be extremely helpful if there was a way to limit users ability to edit and delete playbooks on Gainsight NXT. We have located similar posts regarding this being able to be done on the SFDC version of Gainsight but it does not appear that this is currently available. We understand you can limit the ability with Permission Bundle’s > Navigation so users cannot access Playbooks, but it would be extremely helpful to limit users ability to edit and delete playbooks, essentially giving them a “read only” permission for them.
