Hello Gainsight Team!
I have some questions in regards to some product updates that might be in the pipeline for the near future hopefully!
First, is there an update on when Gainsight will allow for history tracking? This would be useful in my use cases
Second, is there a plan to allow for MASS CSM/Account Managers/ Etc changes on selected accounts? Often times someone leaves the company and they want to split accounts to two CSMs, etc
