Pulling flattened survey objects via API

We are looking to extract all survey responses via the API and use them to drive decisions in our platform and help feed our ML models. Does anyone know of a way to make a request to get them all? Or maybe a way to get a list of all of the flattened object and then cycle through each one to get its responses?
