How do I remove any accounts that don’t have a CSM name from my dashboard?

What would I filter on to remove the null CSM name?

Hi @MelissaC

Good news: This is pretty easy to implement. Within the Report Builder, you can add a filter for Client Success Manager field is not null. It looks something like this:

Hey @matthew_lind!  I did that and it still didn’t filter them all out:(

It will filter it down, but I checked the first few and they have no CSM even after I applied the filter.

Any thoughts on why this wouldn’t have pulled them all?

Thank you:)

@MelissaC We’re getting there, right?

Is your desired outcome to have a list of customers with a CSM, or without a CSM? I’m asking because your screenshot (thanks for attaching that!) is “CSM is null”. Therefore you’ll get all Companies without a CSM.

If you try “CSM is not null” (ie, there is a value in the CSM field), you’ll get all Companies with a CSM, which may be your desired result.
