I am building a report to identify incorrectly assigned CTAs and am hoping to filter for instances where CTA 1 is assigned to X and CTA 2 is assigned to Y, like in the example below. Would this be a filter option and how would I need to set the filter?
Assuming you want CTA’s from one company to be assigned to only one CSM. You could create a report that has
Show me
Count Distinct of GSID (GSID) [from call to action]
Group by
Company Name ( Company → Name)
Owner Name ( Owner → Name )
The above report will group CSM’s under a company and display how many CTA’s they have linked to that company.
