I want to build a report for each csm with their accounts and key contacts but when I do that, I don’t get any data in the key contacts. It just says false or null. Thoughts on how to pull in this info?
Any other ideas on how to build this, I am open to:)

I think we need a bit more information before we can help.
What objects are your reporting on/from? Are your Key contacts stored anywhere specific or are they on the person objects and marked somehow?
Some screenshots might better assist too.
