We are using the scorecard exception to change the overall score if the score for a particular measure is yellow, orange or red.

BUT, if the overall score is Orange and the exception score is Yellow, we don’t want to improve the overall score and override it to Yellow, we like to keep it Orange.

It seems I can only use the measure in my exception criteria and NOT overall score. Can anyone think of a way to make sure that I ONLY negatively impact the overall score with exceptions?
