We have different teams working with customers based on where in the lifecycle a customer is. Not all of these customers have a CSM.





Is it possible to create a Scorecard view, similar to the one a CSM sees when logging in for their customers, based on stage?

We did cover this in the 1:Many Admin yesterday. However, today when I went to create another scorecard view, under "Layout" they were not available to pull into a layout. The ones I did yesterday have now disappeared from their layouts. 





Does this have to do with the release today?

Scorecards view disappearing from the layout should be fixed now. Please let me know if that is not the case.
