Over the past few weeks, we have experienced a larger than average number of days where our rules fail due to a server error.  Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Can you copy and paste the errors here or screenshot?

Here are a couple of examples (I did put in tickets with support and was told they were one time instances).

Yeah not sure I’ve seen that recently personally. Seems kind of like a boilerplate response.

 

Even if it is a one time instance they should still give you a root cause.

I also agree with @Wayne they shouldn’t just brush it off. It’s also hard to have a one time event occur more than once.

Often times the first answer you get from support isn’t the only, or even correct, answer. While it’s kind of tedious, I recommend persistence if something seems off to you - especially if the problem is still happening.

Thanks for reporting it in the Community Manda, getting internal teams to look at it.
