How I can get QBR events to show up customer journey widget under default summary page? Created rule and pulled in fields in rules engine, it ran successful but customer journey widget is still blank. HELP!

Is the rule loading the value of QBR event (assuming it is a date) to a field in the Account?
Or is it loading a milestone in the timeline?

 

Check the configuration of the Summary tab 

 

You will have to configure the C360 summary to show if it is one of these - Date fields OR Milestones (Automatic/Manual), depending on how you are tracking this.

 

 

 


It is loading a milestone into the timeline and I configured the C360 summary. It is working! Thank you.
