I know you can set the idle time in SFDC but am not finding where to do it in NXT. We’re looking to set the timeout time to the max amount. Idle time, meaning how long NXT stays active before it auto logs someone out. Anyone know where I can find this/how to do it? TIA!

I’m fairly certain these settings aren’t available in the UI to admins. Any time I’ve needed to change security / time settings like this (in my case, to shorten the timeout time), I needed to work with Gainsight Support.
