SFDC - GS Referenceable Box

Hi @MelissaC - this would depend on if your SFDC / GS integration is setup to sync that field between the two systems. Does your CS team track referenceability and is Gainsight the source of truth for that designation? If so, the idea is that marking that checkbox on your Person/Contact in Gainsight would allow you to report on referenceable contacts (say, to build a reference program). Different orgs do this differently and track it in different systems depending on their workflows, so worth checking with your Ops team to understand the expectation. Hope that helps!
