My CSM for SF entered a new account, but it is not syncing over to Gainsight.

While this could have many different root causes, the things I would look at first:
Start there as they are the first things I would check. If you’re still having an issue, you could contact Gainsight Support for a look at your specific syncing scenario.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
Don't worry if your email address has since changed, or you can't remember your login, just let us know at community@gainsight.com and we'll help you get started from where you left.
