My CSM for SF entered a new account, but it is not syncing over to Gainsight.  

I know this is a Connectors issue, but I’m not totally sure how to troubleshoot.

While this could have many different root causes, the things I would look at first:

  • How long have you waited, and has a Connector sync run since the account was added? For example, if your sync runs once a day, you may need to wait for the next sync for the Account to appear as a Company.
  • Does the Account you’re seeking have a “fresh” Last Modified Date in SFDC?
  • What filters have you added to your Connector job? How well does the Account in question meet the filter criteria?

Start there as they are the first things I would check. If you’re still having an issue, you could contact Gainsight Support for a look at your specific syncing scenario.
