Sort a chart by current health?

I may be missing something... hoping somebody can point me in the right direction, or maybe this is actually an idea!

Is there a way to have a chart sort by overall health? I'm using "current score label" on the "customers" subject area. As it stands, "Yellow" is the last column because "Y" comes after "R" for Red.

    Hi Jeff, because labels are technically text, what many do is prefix the label with a number. So like this:
    1 - Green
    2 - Yellow
    3 - Red
