I have been speaking with a customer who would like to build a report on emails and then be able to sort Operational vs Non-Operational.





Is there a way to accomplish this or do we see this capability in the future?

Hoping to bump this back up. Two additional things: 

  1. Are we able to see operational vs. non-operational emails either in reports or in the list of email templates in JO? Doesn’t seem like it but wondering if I’m missing anything. 
  2. Once I choose operational/non-operational for a template and then move on to creating the content, am I able to go back and change that? Also doesn’t seem like it.
